How long does the work take?
Most services, including DPF cleaning, Adblue solutions & EGR solutions are completed within 1–3 hours,
depending on the vehicle and service required.
How does your DPF cleaning work?
We carry out a professional on-car liquid DPF clean, dissolving built-up soot and blockages and restoring exhuast flow
without removing the DPF in most cases.
Will the warning light go off after cleaning?
Yes! We always make sure all related faults are taken care of, cleared and reset. And any fault codes or lights left on for a reason other then DPF will be explained clearly and diagnostics reported emailed to you.
What is an AdBlue solution?

DieselWorks is fully insured for any damage caused by use, including accidental damage or breakages during service. In the unlikely event of an issue caused by our workmanship on the day, we will take full responsibility and resolve the matter appropriately. However, we accept no liability for faults, failures, or issues that are not directly caused by our work, including pre-existing problems, underlying mechanical faults, or issues that develop after or during our service.
For our mobile DPF cleaning services, we provide a 30-day guarantee. If the same fault or warning light returns within this period, we will revisit and reassess the vehicle. However, as DPF systems are heavily affected by driving habits, journey types, and overall engine condition, this guarantee applies only where the fault is the same as the original visit, and any existing causes diagnosed have been repaired.
Due to the nature of modern diesel systems, particularly emissions components, some faults can be influenced by driving style, vehicle condition, and usage after the work has been carried out. For this reason, while we carry out full diagnostics and only proceed where appropriate, we cannot guarantee against unrelated or future faults.
We provide a lifetime guarantee on AdBlue and EGR solutions. If a fault relating to these systems returns after our work has been completed, we will attend and resolve the issue as soon as we are next available. This guarantee applies specifically to the systems and solutions we have carried out, if we are called back out and the faults are not related to the solution we provided the standard £100 call out and diagnostics charge will apply.
While our remapping solutions are untracable and do not affect MOT testing, all ECU remapping services provided by DieselWorks are intended for off-road use only.
