No Fix, No Fee

If we are unable to complete the booked repair due to short comings in our technology or process, there’s no charge!

A call-out and diagnostics fee of £100 applies where the fault has been incorrectly diagnosed / booked

and is not something we can fix for you on the day. If one of our other service can resolve your fault the price will change accordingly, providing you wish to continue, if not the call-out charge will apply.

(e.g. DPF clean booked but fault is unrelated and a DPF clean is not needed) 

Guarantees 

For DPF cleaning services, we provide a 30-day guarantee. If the same fault or warning light returns within this period, we will revisit and reassess the vehicle, providing more diagnostics and another clean if required. However, as DPF systems are heavily affected by driving habits, journey types, and overall engine condition, this guarantee applies only where the issue is directly related and if any/all other existing engine faults were repaired in a timely manner after our initial visit, and does not cover aditional cleaning if new faults have arisen since.

We provide a lifetime guarantee on AdBlue, EGR and DPF solutions. If a fault relating to these systems returns after our work has been completed, we will attend and resolve the issue as soon as we are next available. This guarantee applies specifically to the systems and solutions we have carried out, if we are called back out and the faults are not related to the solution we provided the standard £100 call out and diagnostics charge will apply.
