Diagnostics

At DieselWorks, all of our services include full professional diagnostics as standard. When you book a service such as mobile DPF cleaning, AdBlue solutions, or EGR work, we carry out a complete diagnostic check to identify faults and ensure the correct solution is applied. Our focus is on fixing the problem, not just identifying it, which is why we do not offer mobile diagnostics as a standalone call-out service.

If a booking is made and, after inspection, the issue is found to be unrelated to the service booked or not something we can resolve, the visit will be treated as a diagnostic call-out. In this situation, a £100 call-out and diagnostics fee will apply. This charge covers travel to your location, time spent carrying out professional diagnostics, use of specialist equipment, and fault identification.

We aim to be clear and upfront with every customer to avoid unnecessary costs. If you are unsure which service you require, we strongly recommend getting in touch before booking. Providing details such as warning lights, fault messages, or vehicle symptoms allows us to guide you to the correct service and ensure the issue can be resolved efficiently.
